I’m hiring a Social Media Assistant!

In a nutshell… This Social Media Assistant will work closely with me to share content and engage with our audience on the Amy’s Healthy Baking social media platforms. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter… We love them all!

Position: Social Media Assistant

Job Description: Manage the Amy’s Healthy Baking social media platforms

Hours: Starting at 10-12 hours per week, then increasing to 16-20 hours per week

Compensation: Dependent upon the qualifications and experience of the applicant

Starting Date: November 2021

Location: Although this is a remote work-from-home position, the Social Media Assistant must be located in the US

Responsibilities:

• Engage with audiences on the Amy’s Healthy Baking social media platforms
• Research social media growth strategies and best practices
• Plan social media campaigns
• Analyze performance of social media campaigns and adapt accordingly
• Work closely with Amy to align social media campaigns with the Amy’s Healthy Baking editorial calendar
• Weekly check-ins and reports

Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience managing business’ social media accounts
• Exceptional with social media platforms (minimum Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)
• Up to date with food and social media trends
• Well-versed in the Amy’s Healthy Baking niche and point of view
• Great with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and documents
• Phenomenal written communication skills (this is a remote position where the majority of the communication between the Social Media Assistant and Amy will be written)
• Preferably familiar with Asana
