Cookies 'n Cream Protein Milkshake
Yields: 1 smoothie
Although it tastes like ice cream, this milkshake is secretly packed with protein and healthy enough for breakfast! It’s easily doubled or tripled to serve more.
  • ¾ c (180g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ c (120mL) unsweetened cashew or vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp (10g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp (13g) Truvia (or other sweetener, to taste)
  • 1 c (130g) ice cubes
  • 2 chocolate sandwich cookies, cream filling removed (gluten-free if needed)
  1. Add all of the ingredients except the cookies to a blender in the order listed, and pulse until thick and creamy. Chop the cookies, add to the blender, and pulse twice. Serve immediately.
Notes: Any milk and sweetener may be used.

To help prevent the smoothie from separating, add ⅛ teaspoon of xanthan gum.
