Notes: Fresh peaches or peaches that have been canned in 100% juice (and thoroughly drained) will both work.
I highly recommend using both stevia products! They’re some of my favorite sweeteners, and you’ll use them in all of
these recipes of mine, too. The vanilla crème stevia + powdered stevia is the equivalent of 10-12 tablespoons of granulated sugar. If you prefer to use another sweetener, you’ll need to use your sweetener’s equivalent of granulated sugar.
For a quick shortcut, substitute vanilla Greek yogurt for the plain nonfat Greek yogurt, vanilla crème stevia, and powdered stevia.
