Private Client Sessions

If you’re reading this, then I’m guessing there’s something in your life that doesn’t quite feel right.

Maybe it’s something small, more of a mild annoyance, something you can generally ignore yet would still like to solve.

Or maybe it’s something monumental, something that eats away at you every day, something that rarely leaves your mind, something that feels like it might tear your life apart if you can’t find the answers.

You can’t quite shake the feeling that this wasn’t what was supposed to happen. This wasn’t the way things were meant to be.

Sometimes you even question how you got here. How this is where life has led you. How far away it often seems from what you had dreamed.

And you just want relief. You just want change. You just want to understand.

You just want to feel like yourself again.

Maybe you’ve tried everything you can think of. You’ve talked to friends, you’ve searched Google, you’ve read articles, you’ve bought books, you’ve met with professionals, you’ve asked dozens of questions and received hundreds of different answers… And although maybe a few things temporarily seemed to work, eventually you found yourself right back where you started.

I’ve been there too.

For nearly six years, I was there. Experiencing those situations. Feeling those emotions. Facing the despair every time I met with someone else who told me everything was perfectly fine on paper… Yet finding no relief from the physical pain or inner shame from my body and my life looking and feeling that way.

I struggled. I struggled a lot.

I read every article and book I could find, and I followed all of their recommendations. I tried changing my diet, my workouts, my sleeping patterns, my work routines, the clothes I wore, the people I spent time with, and the places I lived. I tried affirmations, visualizations, workbooks, written exercises, verbal mantras, supplements, and medicine.

I tried everything.

Nothing seemed to permanently work…

Until I turned inward.

And as scary as it felt to step outside of my comfort zone — way, way outside, farther than I had ever believed I could make it or dreamed I could go — and as terrifying as it felt to try something different and new, something that seemed almost too simple and yet nearly impossible at the same time…

A miracle happened.

I started to heal.

Despite all of my past attempts and failures, despite most conventional wisdom and medical science stating the opposite, despite all of the odds being stacked against me…

I did.

I found that relief, that understanding, those answers I had been seeking for so long…

And I finally, finally felt like me again.

Healthy. Happy. Whole. Complete.

Worthy… and entirely good enough too.

These private 1-on-1 sessions are a place where you can…

Talk about anything going on in your life. It could be the dreams you’re chasing or the struggles you’re facing, the big life-changing decisions or the everyday exhaustion, the external accomplishments or the internal confusion, and anything in between. Nothing is ever too big, too small, too shallow, or too shameful to share.

Talk about any of the stress, tension, or fear triggers in your life. Some may be only on the surface and easy to address. Others may be deeply rooted and can lead to monumental changes.

Uncover why. Learn why those things might be there and how to release their often incredibly strong grip on certain aspects of your life.

Learn about your inner voices. Learn what the voice of your mind and the voice of your intuition both sound like, as well as how to understand which one you’re hearing.

Learn how you personally hear, feel, or sense both of these voices. From my experience, it’s often unique to each individual!

Learn how to listen to and follow their wisdom and guidance. Even when it feels hard, like it defies logic, or as if it goes against what everyone else around you seems to say or think or believe is right.

Each private session can be recorded. If you decide to record your session, it will be sent to you so you can re-listen to it at any point in the future.

All sessions are held virtually. Your location doesn’t matter. You only need access to a computer or phone.

I’m only offering a very limited number, so if your heart is telling you this feels right, you can reserve a session below.
