Ending my 4th of July recipe countdown with… Red, white & blue cookie bars — and they’re EASY to make! ❤️🤍💙
You can get the cookie part in the oven in 15 min. The frosting only takes 2 min! 🤗
Tip: For the BEST soft & chewy texture, pull them from the oven 1-2 min earlier than you think! 🍪 (The center should look a teensy bit underdone.) If they start pulling away from the pan`s edges within 10 min, you`ve baked them long enough! 👌🏻

My next 4th of July recipe: blueberry apple crisp! 🍎 It’s really simple to make. Juicy fruit, natural sweetness, oat crumble topping… I’m obsessed — and it’s actually inspired by my grandma! 🥰
Tip: Use freshly washed blueberries! 🫐 That little bit of extra water helps make the filling juicier & totally melt-in-your-mouth tender! 👌🏻
