Every Tuesday night, an ice cream parlor in our town hosts a “Dollar Scoop Night.” Although generally ignored during the winter, the line snakes out the door and weaves around the outdoor patio during the warmer months. During the summer, I beg my guy to go almost every week!

I have been drinking Lactaid since I was a child. I use it in recipes and it’s great. Being Lactose intolerant is not fun, when cheese, ice cream, and other yummy products all seem to have dairy. But it’s nice that companies are trying to help. I would love to try their ice cream. I love ice cream and eat it almost everyday. I have not found a lactose free ice cream that still tastes as good as my Ben and Jerry’s, so I would love to try it and see if I like it so I can limit my dairy intake.
Ice cream every day — that sounds like my kind of life! I’m so sorry you haven’t found a good substitute for Ben and Jerry’s, but hopefully Lactaid comes close! 🙂

I’ve tried the original dietary supplement pills in the past, but I’d love to try the Fast Act Caplets! I love dairy, but my body doesn’t. …and the chocolate ice cream sounds good, too!
