In second grade, my teacher assigned a Leprechaun Trap as our St. Patrick’s Day project. During the week leading up to the holiday, my parents and I tinkered with a cardboard shoe box, green construction paper, tacky glue, and lots of gold beads. I wanted to earn a good grade on the assignment, but I also hoped to catch a leprechaun and bring my family good luck!
To help you celebrate St. Patrick’s Day this year (and hopefully bring you that luck I was looking for!), some of my food blog friends and I have teamed up to host this Luck of the Irish Giveaway. That’s right—we’re giving away a Keurig Elite Brewer and $100 PayPal Cash!

My favorite dessert is a childhood favorite – dirt cake!

Any kind of chewy cookie, especially if it has chocolate in it. Homemade Mocha Marshmallows have been a close second lately.
