Last weekend as we drove back from Southern California, our car packed with five people, five duffel bags, three backpacks, two grocery bags of snacks, two dogs, their beds and food, and plenty of coffee and tea…
I felt so grateful for my family. Over the years, they’ve supported and encouraged me in everything I’ve done, especially this food blog, and they believed that I could turn Amy’s Healthy Baking into my full-time job even before I thought it was possible.
