I initially started my blog because it brought together my passions for food and photography. Back then, and still to this day, I lose track of time while involved in either, a true sign that I’ve found my “happy place.”
The soothing motion of kneading bread dough and feeling its gentle tension as it springs back underneath my palms… The practically imperceptible thud as chocolate chips hit the cookie dough and the stiff tug of the dough on my fork as I stir them in… The sight of tall rounded domes of cupcakes’ tops through the oven door glass… The quick shudder of the shutter underneath my fingertips as my camera captures a towering stack of supremely fudgy brownies…
Those simple moments bring me immense joy and are a big factor in why Amy’s Healthy Baking became my full-time job.
But the other part of that equation is you.
Your kind comments on my blog about how much you loved my recipes, how you follow along on Facebook and Pinterest and Instagram too, how you purchase my cookbook and tell your friends about my recipes that you’ve tried… Those simple moments have also brought me so much happiness, while at the same time have helped me turn AHB into my full income source. I’m truly grateful for what you’ve done for me!
So to say thank you, I’m putting the spotlight back on you today! Here are some of the recipes that you’ve tried and pictures that you’ve shared on Instagram. I truly appreciate each and every time you do that; it really means the world to me! ♡
And if you’re interested in starting a blog too, I have a super easy step-by-step guide on how you can start your own blog here. It takes less than 30 minutes!
Psst… Would you like to see your picture in my next Sunday Spotlight? Then share it with me on Instagram using #amyshealthybaking and tag @amyshealthybaking IN the photo itself. (That guarantees I’ll see your picture! ?) I can’t wait to see what recipes you make!
I can’t wait to see what you try next! ♡

Lover you blog…. I would make one suggestion…. darken your font color. It is difficult to read. When I copy & paste the recipe, I must change the font color to black as it doesn’t print very well in gray.

Thanks for your kind words about my blog Terry! I really appreciate your feedback, and I’ve made a note of it for when I next speak with my designer. 🙂 I can’t wait to hear what recipe you try next!
