Nearly two years ago, my parents graciously volunteered to be my official recipe taste testers, so a few times each week, I hand them a serving of whatever treat I just made to share with you here. Before they take their first bite, they already know to offer their opinions on the taste and texture—and they take that job very seriously so you only see the best of my best recipes. They’re the most amazing parents ever! ♥
After they deem a treat perfect, I often ask if they want to take the rest into work so I’m not constantly surrounded by tempting cookies, cupcakes, muffins, scones, granola… Among other baked items. Mom typically brings in the goodies for her sweet coworker (hi, Miss C!), but every once in a while, Dad calls dibs on a particular recipe.
And that’s exactly what he did with these Fudgy Dark Chocolate Raspberry Brownies! Last Saturday, he requested to take them to his work, and two days later after leaving the container outside his office first thing in the morning, he reported that every single brownie had disappeared… Within an hour! And three different people stopped by to say they were the best brownies they had ever eaten.
So it can be our little secret that they contain no butter, refined flour or sugar and only 81 calories! And even better? They’re so easy to make! Just watch my video below to see how!
