  1. Thank you for sharing your fave things. I loved it. I too live near the beach in SC and love it. Your recipes are amazing. You bless me so much. Keep doing what you’re doing.

  2. Amy,
Thanks for sharing. It was like a mini travelogue and made me want to move to your neighborhood. Your life sounds divine and the photos are wonderful 💗

  3. I loved your post and hearing about your wonderful relationship with your grandmother. How awesome! San Diego is beautiful and we’ve vacationed there several times. Beautiful! Especially when you’ve grown up in the Chicago area! Keep your pics and recipes coming – take care.

  4. I loved this! I love reading blogs and seeing beautiful photos from all over the country/world. I love reading books, blogs, etc. It’s a great break from life and reality (even though short lived. 🤣)

I think it’s fantastic that you have such a great relationship with your grandma! I wish I had that.

I don’t think I could stand tje May/June gloom. 🤣 Visiting California is on my bucket list so I’ll have to try to remember that. I COULD really get into 70/80 degree weather for 8 months! I would absolutely love that!
Anyway, keep these coming, they’re great…and you’re recipes aren’t so bad either! 😉

  5. It’s lovely to have the privilege of such a great friendship and close relationship with your grandmother, especially for people like myself who never knew what that was like. Plus, I love seeing and finally hearing wonderful things about California again because it is a beautiful state just a lot of bad apples. Thank you for all your recipes I love them.

  6. That was beautiful! I thoroughly enjoyed reading about your wonderful journey! I have a similar story only I moved from NJ to FL 3 years ago. I too am in awe on how happy I am and how full my heart is too! It gave me joy to learn you and I and hopefully many others that find exactly where they are supposed to be!
