A year ago while headed to a Major League Baseball game in Southern California, the idea of publishing a weekly reader feature here on Amy’s Healthy Baking popped into my head. I mulled it over while watching the players warm up on the field, and after the ceremonial first pitch and national anthem, I excitedly explained the concept to my parents as we watched the first few innings.
And now, exactly one year {plus three days} later, these Sunday Spotlight posts have become my favorite part of the week. It may be hard to believe, but I actually look forward to them more than I do baking in my own kitchen!
My heart glows every time you try a recipe and share your pictures with me on Facebook and Instagram, and I feel truly blessed that you’ve invited my recipes into your life. In doing so, by stopping by my blog and buying my cookbook and welcoming my recipes into your own kitchen, you’ve allowed me to turn Amy’s Healthy Baking into my full time job. Thank you so much, from the very bottom of my heart!
So to show how much I appreciate what you’ve done, I’m putting the spotlight back on you today! Here are some of the recipes that you’ve tried and pictures that you’ve shared on Instagram. I truly appreciate each and every time you do that; it really means the world to me! ♥
And if you’re interested in starting a blog too, I have a super easy step-by-step guide on how you can start your own blog here. It takes less than 30 minutes!
Psst… Would you like to see your picture in my next Sunday Spotlight? Then share it with me on Instagram using #amyshealthybaking and tag @amyshealthybaking IN the photo itself. (That guarantees I’ll see your picture! ?) I can’t wait to see what recipes you make!
I can’t wait to see what you try next! ♥
So honored to be featured in your Sunday Spotlight post! Thank you for continuing to share such BEYOND amazing recipes! xx
Aww you’re so sweet Liz! Thank YOU for trying so many of them — it truly means the world to me!! ♡♡

You’re so kind Izzy! 🙂
Everyone did an amazing job on their treats! They are all scrumptious ?
What a great idea to have the healthy and fudgy dark chocolate frosted brownies for a birthday cake! I can do that for my son’s birthday at his preschool class! I know they (especially my son) will love it!
You’re always so sweet Michelle! Thank you for your kind words about everyone’s treats! 🙂 You’re so thoughtful to think of baking the brownies to share with your adorable son’s preschool class. I’d love to hear what everyone thinks if you do!
