In preparation for my brother’s visit last week, I bought a big package of Oreos just for him. He’s allergic to eggs, and since Oreos are one of the few store-bought treats made without, they’re basically his favorite cookies!
After making this amazing ice cream with a few, I offered to let him bring the rest of the package in the car with him on his 8-hour drive back home. He completely surprised me by politely declining… But he said all of those Oreos would disappear in less than 10 minutes if he were left alone with them!
{Just like me and chocolate cupcakes or carrot cake…}
As a compromise, I sealed a modest amount inside of a zip-topped baggie for him to take on the road to {hopefully} snack on during his trip… And I used the rest to bake these Healthier Cookies ’n Cream Brownies! They’re supremely fudgy and rich, full of decadent chocolate flavor and plenty of Oreo cookie pieces. But they’re just 99 calories!

really amazing but I have a question how can I add protein powder to the baked ?
I really appreciate your interest in my recipe Magic! Because all protein powders behave differently, I can’t guarantee that will work. (See my Protein Powder FAQ Page for more info!) You can find all of my recipes with protein powder here! Perhaps those will be more to your liking. 🙂 I can’t wait to hear what you think if you try these brownies — or any of those protein powder recipes!
