During my last year of high school, seniors were allowed to print a short sentence or phrase next to their graduation photo in the yearbook. After some thought, I wrote down the words above for mine.
Although I didn’t take credit then, those were my own original words—a thought that came to me one day while considering my future and career choice and college options.
Even now, those words are just as true and powerful in my life today. You may not realize it… But your life has touched mine.
By scrolling through my website… Looking through my recipes… Buying my cookbook… Trying those treats… Sending links to my blog to your family and friends… Those actions of yours have helped me turn Amy’s Healthy Baking into my full-time job and income. I’m incredibly grateful for that!
So to say thank you, I’m putting the spotlight back on you today! Here are some of the recipes that you’ve tried and pictures that you’ve shared on Instagram. I truly appreciate each and every time you do that; it really means the world to me! ♡
And if you’re interested in starting a blog too, I have a super easy step-by-step guide on how you can start your own blog here. It takes less than 30 minutes!
Psst… Would you like to see your picture in my next Sunday Spotlight? Then share it with me on Instagram using #amyshealthybaking and tag @amyshealthybaking IN the photo itself. (That guarantees I’ll see your picture! ?) I can’t wait to see what recipes you make!
I can’t wait to see what you try next! ♡
Please do not publish this. But I would love to receive an answer to my question. I just noticed that your last name is Atherton. I don’t hear that name too often. My mother’s maiden name was Atherton. Her parents were Arthur and Carolyn Atherton. They had six children. They lived in Sacramento. I was curious to know if we could be related.
It’s true — Atherton isn’t the most common of names! I’m honestly not sure, Marlene. I’ll check with my parents, who are much more aware of our genealogy than I am. I’ll send you a private email if I find out anything interesting! 🙂
